SBA McLean County Disaster Declaration

The U.S. Small Business Administration has approved a disaster declaration for McLean County following historic flooding in June. The SBA declaration allows eligible residents and businesses including agri-businesses/farms in the county to apply for low-interest, long-term loans. McLean County will have a Disaster Loan Outreach Center, located at 201 E Grove St. Bloomington, available for residents affected by the flooding June 25-27. MCFB Creates Ag Scholarship Fund at Heartland

McLean County Farm Bureau is giving a boost to Heartland Community College students looking to start a career in agriculture. A $25,000 donation from the McLean County Farm Bureau will establish an endowed scholarship fund for students pursuing agriculture-related studies at Heartland Community College.
