Golden Farmer Recognition

McLean County Farm Bureau is launching a Golden Farmer Recognition program aimed at honoring farmers who have farmed and/or owned farmland in McLean County for 50 years or longer. The program seeks to recognize farmers for their hard work and longevity in a challenging industry while also preserving some local farm history. Ammonia Training

Anhydrous Ammonia Certified Grower Training Now Required

Farm operators and any farm employees who transport or apply anhydrous ammonia, or otherwise maintain anhydrous ammonia equipment will now be required to complete Certified Grower Training. Farmers and their employees have until April 1, 2022 to be certified initially and must participate in refresher training every three years. Corn Heads to the Classroom
