McLean County Board Members Participate in IAA Annual Meeting

Hawk Competes in Statewide Discussion Meet

December 8, 2019

Congratulations to McLean County Farm Bureau member, Rachel Hawk on advancing to the Sweet Sixteen round of the Illinois Farm Bureau Young Leader Discussion meet! Hawk completed in two initial rounds round robin of competition and qualified for the third round based on her scores. The Young Leader Discussion Meet offers the opportunity to develop public speaking skills with a focus on cooperation and problem-solving.

Scholarship Opportunities for Students Seeking Ag Careers

December 6, 2019

McLean County students pursuing ag-related careers are eligible for a number of scholarship opportunities including: McLean County Farm Bureau Foundation Ag Leadership Scholarships – Up to five $1,000 scholarships.
