Wednesday, Kevin Johnson, CEO of Starbucks Coffee Company, published a letter to partners, customers, and stakeholders outlining plans to make the company more sustainable in the coming decade. WOTUS RULE FINALLY COMING –

The Trump administration is expected to release today its final rule removing millions of miles of streams and roughly half of the country’s wetlands from federal protection. DEEP DIVE ON CROP DATA –

AFBF delegates, during this week’s Annual Convention, recommended a review of the National Agricultural Statistics Service’s crop reporting program, including its methodology and track record. Delegates approved a recommendation from Illinois Farm Bureau asking the AFBF board to take a “deep dive” into USDA’s crop-reporting methods. (Politico)
