SENATE PASSES USMCA –

The U.S. Senate easily passed an overhaul of North America’s trade rules on Thursday, sending a major Trump administration priority to the president’s desk. MFPS COULD BE DELAYED INTO FEBRUARY, THIRD ROUND IN QUESTION –
