A proposed rule from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

A proposed rule from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency would allow year-round sales of E10 in Illinois and seven other Midwest states, opening the door for expanded use of E15. If approved, it would take effect April 28, 2024.
