McLean County Farm Bureau is pleased to announce Katie Dowling has been hired as Director of Engagement effective January 2, 2025.

As Director of Engagement, Dowling will facilitate member programs and coordinate the scholarship & grant programs.

Dowling started her career with the Illinois Farm Bureau in 2022 as part of the Manager Trainee program and worked at McDonough County Farm Bureau as the county manager for nearly 3 years.

Dowling holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Leadership from Illinois State University.
