Scouting options rise to new heights with ultralight

It’s not a bird. It’s not a plane. It’s RYSE Aero Tech’s new ultralight eVTOL vehicle, the RECON. The aerial vehicle can fit one pilot and do everything from scouting crops and checking on livestock to inspecting irrigation equipment. “It requires no pilot’s license. It does auto takeoff and auto land. It just hovers and you just guide it to where you want to go,” said Erik Stephansen, vice president of regulatory affairs and test pilot for RYSE
