UK, Illinois farmers explore shared challenges

“It’s different scales of production in England versus the U.S., but we face a lot of similar issues,” said Molly Rosentreter, a Macoupin County Farm Bureau Board member. Rosentreter participated in the recent IFB Market Study Tour Exchange where U.S. and UK farmers had a “very transparent” conversation about their respective approaches to environmental regulations and how they may be able to collaborate.
