Increased access, modern services at crux of Giannoulias’ plans

From driver’s license facilities to the state library, new Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias hopes to take advantage of technology to benefit consumers and businesses. He also plans to use his background as state treasurer and with the Cultivate Illinois farm loan program to help address farmer-related issues in his new role.
