Canadian dairy quotas focus of second USMCA dispute panel

Plans for the Canadian government finalized in May 2022 to fix its quotas “have not fixed the problem,” U.S. Trade Representative Ambassador Katherine Tai said in a statement. Now, the United States is again asking a dispute settlement panel to rule on its objections.
