Jim Jacobs, CEO of COUNTRY Financial, was recently inducted into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Graduating from Chenoa High School in 1984, he finished his career as the all-time leading scorer with 2,069 points and was the top rebounder with 1,156.
