McLean County Farm Bureau member, Rachel Fulton will serve as the 2023 Illinois Farm Bureau Young Leader Vice Chair. Fulton was elected to serve on the executive committee during the statewide annual meeting.

She has served one the state young leader committee as a district representative for three years and previously served as McLean County’s Young Leader Chair.
