McLean County Farm Bureau members who have farmed for 50 years or longer are eligible to join the Golden Farmer Club and receive a free gate sign personalized with their name and year.

The Golden Farmer Club seeks to recognize farmers for their hard work and longevity in a challenging industry while also preserving some local farm history.

Participants will be encouraged to complete a farm history questionnaire and record an oral history interview as part of the project.
