China and the U.S. made progress on “structural issues” such as forced technology transfers and intellectual property rights in talks this week and more meetings are being arranged, China’s commerce ministry said Thursday. The three-day talks in Beijing wrapped up Wednesday and were the first face-to-face meetings since President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping met in Buenos Aires in December. (Reuters)
