SAVE 2018 FARM INCOME FOR NEXT YEAR

– Returns on crop farms could be better than expected in Illinois, but, according to U of I Extension Farm Management Specialist Gary Schnitkey, it won’t last long. “For 2019, incomes could average negative for many farms if corn prices continue to be near $3.50 and the soybean price averages around $8.50,” Schnitkey said.
