PRITZKER WIN COULD ALTER VETO SESSION – It’s time for state lawmakers to return to Springfield for the fall veto session, but a change in the governor’s mansion could mean a change in plans. Lawmakers may want to hold bills and reintroduce them next year, hoping to avoid the governor’s veto. “A lot of this stuff might get pushed off until (next year),” said Rep. Tim Butler, R-Springfield. (State Journal-Register)
