FARMERS: KEEP LITIGATION ALIVE – Farmers suing Bayer AG’s Monsanto and BASF over dicamba-based crop damage urged a federal judge Monday to reject the companies’ motions to the dismiss the cases. Lawyers representing roughly 20 farms told U.S. District Judge Stephen Limbaugh that the companies had ignored facts to avoid responsibility for the alleged “ecological disaster” they created.
