CHINA ‘REGRETS’ U.S.’ POSTAL MOVE

China Thursday criticized Washington’s decision to leave the U.N. treaty that regulates international postage, amid an escalating trade battle between the two nations. President Donald Trump has said the 144-year-old postal agreement puts U.S. businesses at a disadvantage because it’s cheaper to ship items from China to the U.S. than vice versa. (News-Gazette)
