EPA FACES RFS LAWSUIT – The Advanced Biofuel Association Tuesday filed a lawsuit against EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, accusing the agency of exempting too many oil refineries from the RFS blending mandate. The lawsuit comes just one day after the EPA granted a refinery owned by billionaire Carl Icahn an ethanol waiver. (Washington Examiner)
