Illinois voters could see another showdown between Gov. Bruce Rauner and the Illinois General Assembly; this time, during the veto session. The fall session will include possible override votes on several contentious issues, including legislation the prohibits local “right to work” zones; a requirement for state agencies to report monthly on the bills they’ve incurred but not yet sent to the comptroller; and an increase to the minimum wage.
