After hundreds of complaints of drift and damage, farmers and scientists are complaining that confusing label directions made dicamba products too difficult to use safely. Monsanto’s 4,550-word label for XtendiMax was singled out in a lawsuit as evidence that the product may be virtually impossible to use properly. The label was reviewed and approved by the U.S. EPA prior to distribution. (Reuters)
