The #Arkansas Plant Board last week voted to impose a ban on dicamba in an effort to stem the number of complaints and soybean fields damaged due to chemical drift. Officials said as of June 23, they had received 242 complaints from farmers who said their fields had been damaged. The ban will take effect immediately if the governor of Arkansas signs it.
