The Trump administration is planning revisions to the existing healthcare law, and those revisions could take effect by early summer. If the changes the administration proposed in February hold up, consumers could see a shorter enrollment window, tighter vetting of people who sign up outside of those open periods, and efforts to penalize consumers who don’t maintain “continuous coverage.” (NPR)
