Eight #Wisconsin dairy farms got a lifeline last week as Mullins Cheese signed contracts to buy their milk after their contracts were canceled in early April. Grassland Dairy Products canceled nearly 100 dairy farmers’ contracts after losing millions of dollars when Canada changed its milk pricing policies to benefit Canadian farmers and undercut U.S. farmers. About 50 dairy farms whose contract were canceled still do not have a buyer for their milk. (USA TODAY)
