ILLINOIS PUMPKIN YIELD COULD BE OFF BY A THIRD

A large canned pumpkin manufacturer says yields in Illinois appear to be less than anticipated this year. CROP REPORT

U of I ag economist Good on Wednesday said he would be surprised if the USDA does not increase its US corn yield forecast above +170 bpa and is expecting the USDA report to show soybean yields averaging nearly 46.0 bpa.  Report is due out at 11 a.m. CDT Thursday.
