DITCH THE RULE

Washington Examiner Columnist Ron Arnold savaged the EPA’s Waters of the U.S. rule in his latest column. Arnold, a long-time proponent of “wise use” of natural resources notes that movement conservatives are beginning to wake up to the EPA power grab that is Waters of the U.S.

FAA DRONE RULES

Attorney Brendan Schulman told participants at this week’s Precision Aerial Ag Show that he’s looking for a big player to force the FAA to write reasonable rules about commercial drone use. MARKETPLACE FAIRNESS ACT

It has been one year since the Senate passed S.743, the Marketplace Fairness Act. The bill is under review in the House Judiciary Committee. Passage of the bill will ensure that all businesses — online or offline, large or small — play by the same set of rules in the retail marketplace.
