TWO MORE ENTER THE RACE

Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton announced she will again seek the White House with a promise to serve as the “champion” of everyday Americans. Republican Sen. Marco Rubio jumped into his party’s race with a message to donors that he’s “uniquely qualified” to be elected president. The Iowa caucuses take place Mon., February 1.
