LAND UPDATE

A report from the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank suggests during the first quarter of 2014 that Delta and southern Midwest farmland prices declined by just over -6.0% to an average of $5,496/acre versus the 4th quarter average price at $5,868/acre. Southern Illinois is part of the St. Louis Fed region.
