NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS EL NINO MEANS MILDER WINTER

Early indications suggest Illinois could see a warmer, drier winter this season, according to the National Weather Service. EL NINO

The Climate Prediction Center on Thursday estimated there is around 65% possibility El Nino conditions will develop this winter and last into the spring of 2015.
