IOWA TOUR

Crop scouts from the Pro Farmer tour estimated 2015 Corn Yields at 180.25 bpa, up from last year’s tour estimate of 178.75 bpa and the three year average at 162.65 bpa, after traveling around Iowa on Thursday. USDA is forecasting the state’s average corn yield at 183 bpa.

YIELD GUESSES

A Reuters poll of 20 grain analyst projected a US Corn yield of 170.4 bpa.  The highest estimate was 176.0 and the lowest 166.0 bpa.
