– The House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology will hold a hearing dubbed “Navigating the Clean Water Act: Is Water Wet?” on Wednesday, July 9. WOTUS UPDATE

The Environmental Protection Agency and the Army Corps of Engineers have extended the public comment period for a proposed rule that defines the Waters of the U.S. that fall under the jurisdiction of the Clean Water Act. USEPA is giving farmers until Oct. 20 to comment on the WOTUS proposal.
