The McLean County 4-H Fair History Book Committee is please to announce that the long awaited
compilation of memories of the McLean County 4-H Fair are now available. This book tells the story of the McLean
County 4-H Fair from its earliest beginnings until 1997. This chronicle of the fair has been developed through
the personal interviews, reminiscing sessions and by research of the fair books, files, and other acrhives.
This book includes:
- Photos of past fairgrounds
- Photos of events, and happenings at the fair from Square Dancing to Share-the Fun
- How projects have changed through the years including many photos
- A chapter on Fair Royalty with photos of all past kings and queens
- Highlights of professional entertainment through the years
- Names of many people who have served the fair for years as volunteers

- Wonderful stories about the many people you have known through the 4-H Fair
