Goals that we have set for the association: 

·         Develop a communication plan. Areas to consider: participation at school registrations and open houses, Extension Service newsletter articles, alumni website, alumni booth at the fair. 

·         Develop programs to support clubs and youth. Areas to consider: drawing to recognize new alumni at the fair, scholarship program, participation in workshops, speakers' bureau, support of leaders, awards program for alumni, 4-Hers, and friends of 4-H. 

·         Provide activities and social events for alumni. Areas to consider: annual meeting, centennial activities, activities at the fair (booth, pie baking and other contests, etc.). 

·         Raise funds to support programs. Areas to consider: fund-raising campaigns, grants, activities at the fair such as ice cream booth. 

·         Increase alumni membership and involvement. All of the activities above will contribute to this. The centennial year will offer new opportunities in all of these areas.
