The purpose of the Timeless Clovers 4-H Alumni Association shall be to:

• establish and maintain close contact between 4-H clubs and their alumni and friends in the central Illinois area, and
• to advance the interests and welfare of 4-H in general.

In carrying out such a purpose, this 4-H alumni association shall also:

• perform a public relations role for the various 4-H organizations and support groups within the community it serves, and
• offer alumni a variety of opportunities and direct benefits through maintaining contact with the 4-H organizations.
