CARGILL TO BUILD PLANT IN BRAZIL

Cargill will invest $140.59 million on building a new plant in Brazil to produce pectin. Cargill is looking to diversify to more products with a higher value. So, pectin, a texturizer used in jams and dairy products, will be exported in Brazil to several abroad markets.(Reuters)
