BAYER SHARES PLUNGE AFTER GLYPHOSATE RULING – Bayer shares dropped 14 percent Monday after recently acquired Monsanto was ordered to pay $289.2 million in a lawsuit over whether exposure to glyphosate causes cancer. The case, brought by a California grounds keeper with terminal cancer, is the first in more than 5,000 similar lawsuits. (Reuters)
