U.S. SUSPENDS TARIFFS ON CHINA

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin Sunday said the U.S. has taken tariffs off the table while trade talks with China continue. While the move will temporarily ease tensions between the two countries, it also will ratchet up pressure on President Donald Trump to land the deal he wants: A $200 billion cut in the trade gap with China by 2020. (New York Times)
