EPA OKs DICAMBA

The EPA Friday said it will continue to let farmers use dicamba next year, with a few additional restrictions. In an effort to stop to drift problems which have plagued farmers this year, EPA will require special training to apply the chemical; restrict application if the wind speed is greater than 10 miles per hour; and ask that farmers pay special attention to the risk that dicamba may pose to nearby fields.
