Mexican negotiators are working on a response to informal U.S. proposals to include protections for fresh produce in the NAFTA rework. U.S. negotiators last month raised the question of protecting certain products by making it easier for U.S. growers to launch anti-dumping cases against Mexico. Mexico is reviewing potential responses, including restrictions on U.S. pork, in case the U.S. pursues the proposal. (Reuters)
