Mexico has outlined its goals for the NAFTA renegotiation, prioritizing free access for goods and services, greater labor market integration, and a strengthening of energy security. The document from the economy ministry will serve as the basis for Mexico’s NAFTA negotiating position between it, the U.S. and Canada, due to start in Washington Aug. 16. (Reuters)
