The Illinois State Board of Elections says it won’t provide information about registered voters to President Donald Trump’s voting commission. General counsel for the board says Illinois law limits the release of voter information to political committees and government entities because data may not be released to the public. Trump created the commission, which intends to make the data publicly available, to investigate charges of voter fraud in the 2016 election. (State Journal-Register)
