A class-action lawsuit filed last Wednesday in federal court in St. Louis accuses Monsanto sales representatives of secretly giving farmers assurances that using off-label or old formulations of dicamba would be okay. BASF and DuPont-Pioneer also were named in the suit, which aims to place blame for the high number of dicamba damage complaints. Plaintiffs include seven Arkansas farms affected by alleged dicamba drift. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
