Clean Sweep Pesticide Collection

Central Illinois farmers, landowners and private pesticide applicators can dispose of unwanted agrichemicals during a free “Clean Sweep” collection program offered by the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

Residents of Champaign, DeWitt, Ford, Iroquois, Livingston, McLean, Piatt and Vermillion counties may participate.

Participants must pre-register the products they plan to dispose by July 14.

Registration forms can be obtained by calling the IDOA Pesticide Hotline at 1-800-641-3934 or picked up at the McLean County Farm Bureau office. Click here for more details.

Registered participants will then receive a reservation card indicating the date, time and location for disposal of their unwanted pesticides.
