The first of tens of thousands of lawsuits against Syngenta for launching a GM variety of corn before China approved it for imports has been pushed back to July. The first cast was set to be heard in a Minnesota state court last week, but was postponed until July 10 because some jurors claimed financial hardships. The delay means the first case to be heard will be in federal court in Kansas City, June 5. (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
