AMERICANS BUY INTO MEDIA BIAS

62% of U.S. adults say the media favors one political party over the other, up from about 50% in past years. Just 27% now say the media favors neither major party,  according to a new Gallup poll. The divide follows party lines, with 77% of Republicans saying the media favors one party over the other, while 44% of Democrats now say the media plays favorites.
