Farmers who helped elect Donald Trump are pushing his administration to avoid a trade war with Mexico, fearing tariffs that could hit hamper U.S. exports. More than 130 agricultural organizations signed and sent a letter to the president in January outlining the importance of free trade; the National Pork Producers Council will send members to Washington next month to talk trade with officials.
