PRINT SCORES BIG FOR ELECTION NEWS

Though younger Americans have long been less likely to read newspapers than their elders, a recent Pew Research Center survey found that adults younger than 50 were more likely to turn to a national newspaper to get their election news than adults 50 and older. Younger readers, who prefer to read their news online rather than in print, regularly turned to The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times to get their election news.
