GAS PRICES EXPECTED TO JUMP IN 2017

The new year is expected to bring the highest gas prices since 2012 and lead to U.S. drivers shelling out $52 billion more at the pump than they did in 2016, according to price watcher GasBuddy. The average cost for regular, unleaded gasoline is expected to jump to $2.49 per gallon this year (USA Today, 1/4).
