POPULAR, BUT STILL NOT A WINNER

As of 9 a.m. ET today, Hillary Clinton has amassed enough votes to win the popular vote by more than 1 percentage point. Despite the edge, Clinton didn’t collect enough electoral votes to grab the White House from now President-elect Donald Trump. She will be the fifth U.S. presidential candidate to win the popular vote but lose the election. (State Journal-Register)
